If you visit the Site I collect aggregated information to conduct site analytics like counting number of visits to a page.

If you choose to Contact Me I will collect your contact information and any other information you voluntarily share with me. I will use this information to communicate with you and provide any Services you may elect to receive.

If you engage me for Services, I will provide an engagement letter describing those Services in detail. I will collect and use the information necessary to perform the Services you select. This will include your contact information and any financial information you choose to provide. If you elect to use tax preparation services I will collect more sensitive information required for tax preparation such as social security numbers.

If you use tax preparation services and use the recommended tax preparation software, you will have access to log into your account and edit, view, and download your information there for seven years.

We typically send transactional communications to you to provide our services. From time to time we may send you promotional communications like newsletters. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the body

of the email.

I take reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse While I strive to protect your information, no system is completely secure and cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which I collected it including complying with legal obligations.

If you use tax preparation software to work with me, we both have access to your information for seven years through the software. If you need access to prior tax returns or related tax information, you can also request this information directly from the IRS

using IRS Form 4506.
